WAIVER RELEASE - PLEASE READ & SIGN

       This ride will be held on a crushed and compacted limestone surfaced trail. While not as hard as pavement, the trail surface is hard enough to cause injury. A helmet is highly recommended. A mountain bike or hybrid bike is best for riding on this trail. Narrow tires could be a hazard in a few places on the trail where there is loose limestone. The ride sponsors and organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as needed.
       I understand the inherent risks of bicycling in groups and participating in events such as the Tour de Trail. I warrant that I am healthy and physically capable of participating in this event and that my bicycle and other equipment are safe and in working order.
       I hereby waive and release the Tricounty Rails to Trails Association, all sponsors, volunteers and any other parties involved in the Tour de Trail from any or all liability that may result from my participation.
