Reservations: 2 Night minimum stay is required. 3 Night minimum stay is required during Holidays. $100.00 Security deposit is required. Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cash accepted. Tents are permitted on rental property. Open Year Round- "Hunters Welcome."

Rental Terms: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Sorry pets are not permitted on the property. Rental is available to adults over the age of 25 only. The cottage is situated on 1.25 acres of land. All properties bordering the cottage are private property. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. Supervision of all children in your party is required while on the rental property. All guests are expected to maintain the cottage in the same condition that they find it in. Person signing Rental Agreement is subject to additional charges for any loss or damage caused to the cottage, property or personal property in the cottage. Please report any broken or malfunctioning appliances, equipment or furnishings immediately so that we can have them repaired or replaced. No firearms of any kind are to be used on the property. Hunting Maps for Cowanesque Lake are available upon request. Cottage accommodates up to 6 people.

Reservation Policy: Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance. Requested dates will be held for 14 days pending receipt of deposit and signed rental agreement. $100 deposit required to reserve date requested. The $100 deposit will be kept as a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned, after your departure if upon inspection there is nothing missing from or damage done to the cottage. Balance of reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by personal check, cash or money order.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notice is received more than 30 days from rental date, all monies will be refunded. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days from rental date the deposit and balance is non-refundable, unless we are able to find a replacement for your entire rental period.
